Not only is this a wonderful course in excellent condition but it has an awesome restaurant après golf and a fantastic wine boutique where they produce all their own wines. The only issue on this day was pace of play.........but when you play on a Saturday, the day before Fathers Day that's what I expected.

The layout of the course is fantastic. It's an out and back links style yet with woodland features. The staff are great and conditioning is always top notch. The only knock is if you play your round when League play is going on then the pace of play suffers. You might want to book your round away from these times, so ask. Otherwise once you play Willodell you will want to return.

There is good reason that people from all around come and play at Whirlpool. It has a fantastic layout that won't beat you up but tests all aspects of your game. The conditions are excellent right now. We played on a sunny (But cool and windy) day and it was so pretty and pleasing to the eye. My one friend came from Milton, the other from North Tonawanda. The value for money on a Championship course is why they ask to play at the Whirlpool!

This course, and especially the greens were in fantastic shape. We thoroughly enjoyed our round and can't wait to return.

My buddy and I walked. Our t time was at 8am, had no one in front of us. A tight, challenging course, especially from the tips. We loved it.............will return soon.
