Course is in great shape with well manicured greens and fairways. Greens are large with lots of levels and speed. Course has its share of challenge from the tee. Greens are receptive and ranger is friendly and helps to keep pace of play.

This course is well taken care of. The holes has some elevation change and a few holes with slight dog legs and plenty of native areas and water. The greens are slow throughout most of the Spring. The speed will pick up over the Summer. It would help if the rangers were more active to maintain the pace of play. Overall good course with some challenge.

Course was in good shape to be late in the season. Pace of play was good and tee sheet was full. Nice staff and lots of slope in greens.

Course is in good shape, greens are rolling good. Pace of play was consistent and slightly slow, total round took 5 hours. Staff is excellent and very service oriented. Great course that is well managed.

Played on Sunday afternoon and course was in good shape. Greens were fast with no disease spots or winter burn. Trees are budding and greenery is starting to come back. Pace of play was good. I played in foursome and finished in four hours and 15 minutes.

The course was in great shape. Lots of well manicured fairways, fast greens and challenging layouts. The staff was very attenative and made sure we had a great golf experience. Everything was welcoming and in excellent shape. This course is one of the best resort courses I have ever played.

This course was excellent with a challenging layout and well maintained greens and fairways. Holes 6, 16 and 18 are must play holes. If you want to take your game to the next level, this is one of the best courses in Southeast Michigan.

The course could really use some maintenance, the fairways were soft and probably have not been cut this season. The rough around the greens was over grown and very punishing. There were clovers and other broad leaf weeds in the fairways. The course layout was good and presented some good challenges, but the unkept fairways made it ten times worse than it should have been.

The course is in great shape. The greens are fast, rough grown up and fairways neatly trimmed. This course has the feel of a up north course, with holes spread out using the landscape with rolling hills, trees, streams and lots of wildlife.

The course is in excellent shape. The greens are fast and well manicured. This course reminds me of golf courses in Northern Lower Michigan like Garland and Treetops. There are lots of changes in elevation (though not as extreme as Treetops). There are plenty of rangers with great advice. The rollings hills, manicured fairways and strategically placed hazards require you to bring your A game. The relatively short drive to South Lyon and remote location of the course gives the feeling of really getting away.

The course is in good shape, the rangers do a good job of managing the first and tenth Tess. They could do more to move slow groups along. Fairways and greens are well maintained.
