I would say that the course needs to be redone from tee box to green. Many tee boxes were not level, most greens were not well maintained and played at different speeds, and the age of the course really shows. This is the first time that I have experienced bumpy conditions while riding the golf cart on cart paths, in the rough, and even on the fairways. The most maintained area at this course was the parking lot.

To say that the conditions were not ideal would be an understatement. I played after some extremely heavy rains during a tough rainy season. Cart was getting stuck in mud often. Standing water and lift clean and place on most shots. Some balls plugged right in the fairway. However, the course was still nice enough to recommend playing! The layout was challenging enough for golfers of different skill levels, and required some smart shots to avoid short siding yourself. Place your shot wisely on the 17th green! Never seen contours like this before!
