Some greens in good condition but most in bad condition unrepared dimples, weeds, fairways are even worse, cart paths in horrible condition almost have to stand up in your cart when you drive off the end of a cart path so you don't snap your back.
Coarse bathrooms are disgusting, holes in walls, not clean, tee boxes are littered w broken tees. Doesn't look like they put any money back into the grounds, there are piles of tree branches at different locations along side cart paths, very attractive.

Greens are under regrowth stage, leaves are not blown far enough off the fairways too easy to lose your ball
