I booked a hot deal through GolfNow. So in cases of inclement weather, a refund can only be issued if the course closes. On the day of my tee time, the weather became horrible. Before the tee time it started raining, and later there was lightning and thunder. The staff at the clubhouse said that they decided to open in the morning and no matter what happens during the day (including thunderstorms and lightning) they would not close. Besides the fact that I lost my greens fees that day, this is a potentially dangerous policy allowing golfers to stay on the course despite dangerous weather. Until the policy changes I would think twice about booking a tee time here.
