The members were friendly. The staff was friendly. The course was in fine shape from tee to green. It's a shorter course from the whites but it's still a great course. Even when they had to fit a hole in, the hole still made sense. Sure one would benefit from having played it but when is that not the case? They do show the tee times on Golf Now as wide open but when you get there they have to fit you in but I get it. That's ok. I believe it's as good of a value as there is out there right now.

This course has an amazing layout for most of the holes. Remember when they redid #2 and was so proud of how it replicated Ross' original intention? I think they erred in doing so because greens weren't as fast as they are today. Shouldn't hit great shots and a ball ends up rolling off the green about every time. This place will roll your ball off to but only if the shot is much less than perfect. I believe Ross would have wanted that. Not perfect shots ending up in a ravene.
As for the man above who wasn't treated properly, I hate that. I wish pro shops understood they aren't guarding people's lives. They're just working in a golf shop trying to make a living.
