I went on line at 9 o'clock in the morning 6th of June to cancel my 1:50 PM tee time at Mylora GC in Richmond BC. All I kept getting was pop-up that kept telling me " cancellation request..missed the cut etc etc and to call the 1-800 number below" Tried a number of times but all I got was a recording which took about 1 minute to go thru. I tried the "chatLine" as per the recording info and sat waiting to talk with someone for about an hour. Finally I contacted the course directly explained the situation and had them cancel it and got the guys name (Scott). I know they have nothing to do with it and I said that but just wanted to let them know. GolfNow has gone from a very professional organization to very Mickey Mouse organization. I realize that things have changed due to the pandemic but when you can't cancel a tee time and end up getting billed for it due to "god know what" then it's time to get rid of the kids and get some people in there who can run a multi million dollar company.........

Only played 3 times this season Dec and January most days had a freeze delay not the courses fault however put us playing until dark plus one of the carts quite at the 17th hole.
The other day there were constant backups at one time up to 4 groups! Maybe there should be a Marshall

Good course, good weather, so-so game. Only minor complaint was the sand traps were more like hard sand and hard to get club under. Otherwise had a good day.

Arrived at 12:20 for a 1 PM tee off time. Informed us that they were 10 bookings behind. We waited until 1:30 and then checked again. Told we would be up in next 15 minutes. Checked again at 1:55 and we were told we had already tee'd of??? Big shortage of golf cars and finally got off at 2 PM. 1 to 2 groups back-up at each hole. Squeezed in 14 holes then just too dark.
Cart girl came around at the 8th hole and bought 6 beers but she only had 5 said would drop 6th one off on next pass. Never returned never got the beer. Bottom line is the booking people completely over booked. Very poor organization. If you book contact the course before you go and find out the lay of the land. Sorry to say our foursome will not be back.

played in a foursome on sunday afternoon 18th of december.. Very quiet and no time pressure. The course was in great shape as long as you kept your ball of the desert and there is quite a bit of it.Need to decide before you start wether you will play balls of the desert or throw onto the green stuff. Just in case bring a !@#$ club with you in case you do play your ball where it lands. Enjoyed the round would recommend to a friend. Driving range distances need to be properly laid out so you know how far you are hitting. All in all a good day of golf on a good course.
