As others have stated front 9 typical Florida back 9 is the best part of this course. Unfortunately the pro shop/starter let a five-some out with three carts and only 3 sets of clubs in front of us and they backed up everyone that followed. Will not play again.

This course will have to improve the drainage before I would play again. Seems even the slightest amount of rain in the week prior to our play resulted in the fairways being wet.

Played again in the early afternoon with no one behind our 4some making for a leisurely 4 hour round.
Picking your landing area correctly on your tee shot will take most of the fairway bunkers out of play.
Pin placements on this day made birdies difficult.

Come play this #16 rated course on Golf Advisor and you won't be disappointed. I will play this track again and again!

The greens make this course a challenge for first time players. Get to the practice green before your round. Generally wide fairways with generous landing areas and large greens.
Some difficult pin placements on two tiered and sloped greens on some holes.
Would recommend and play this course anytime at the GolfNow hot deal rate.

Plenty of sand traps to avoid on the fairways and well protected greens. Would play again anytime.

Was a perfect day until we got to the greens on 15 & 16 which had alot of bare areas. Then 17 which had mats to tee from 90 or 125. They are constructing new 17 across the road. These facts should have been told to us at the start of the round!

Second time playing this week. Challenging holes from back tees.

Because of this the sand in the traps was packed. Blue tees not well kept. Could use a golf guide to help with lay ups that might be required for the some players like on #9.
Not a quiet round with the traffic noise from adjacent major Hwy#17.

Excellent greens and great layout. Unbelievable value in Myrtle Beach area! Would play here every day if I could! Held up on the Bay but clear sailing on the Sands(back 9)
Fairways we're all well drained & bunkers had great sand. Water on many of the holes but do not come into play got the most part. Good scenic addition to help keep the fairways dry

Neither the pro shop or the starters got us off to a good start. Neither we're informative or welcoming.
Fairways & greens were soaked. Plugged balls aplenty!
Would have to play when all is dry to give it a fair rating.

Still recovering from Hurricane Florence with some downed trees and saturated soil. #9 par 5 cart path only. Despite that the course was easily playable with the greens in good shape.
Would play again in drier conditions. Good warmup track.

Always a good challenge. Rain soaked made the bunkers tough. #9 & 18 test you to make par.

Course needs alot of TLC. More bare patches than grass on the fairways. Greens we're the saving grace for the day.
No advice from the starter and no cart girl on a Sunday?
Seems they have let this course go downhill. Been 10 years since last playing here. Lack of employees or money? Groundskeeper???
If I had known the condition I certainly have not played here.
Hence the name change to "social club". Maybe it will be closing sooner than later.

One of 3 18 hole public courses run by Niagara Parks. Battlefield is my favorite with #9 & #18 siding on water for their entire length.
Lots of sand traps and undulating greens. Huge practice areas with practice balls included in fees.
Ranks at the top of Niagara Region courses!

Third time playing here. Good value especially compared to much more expensive courses in Palm Springs. Good range and practice area. Greens can be tricky. #16 par 5 is my favorite.

I played this course based on reviews that it was in the top 50. Possibly on the par 3 course certainly not on the Boulder course! Waited until 2 minutes prior to tee off for a cart. Claimed they only had 150 carts. Probably true but for two courses?? Over a dozen people waiting in line for a cart to be returned. Not a good start.
Port a potties only and no turnaround to the clubhouse. Layout is only fair. Bunkers full of stones.
It may have been overbooked but that is the courses fault. When you pay to play and are treated like cattle shows no class. Go elsewhere for a true golf experience.

Would play again. Despite fairways being dried out the greens were in good condition and fast. Looked like they were about to do some changes to the greens and irrigation system. Good value compared to the semi private 18 hole courses in the Fort Myers area.

Had to wait to get a cart to start the round as they do not have enough. First 9 pace was good but we stopped after the second hole on our second 9 as there were four groups on the 3rd hole and three on the next tee.
Fairways needed water and seeding and the greens had bare patches and in poor condition.
There is no driving range or real clubhouse.

Start early and you will breeze through. Fairways and bunkers were well tended. Greens fast and true. Of the 6 courses we played in the region this one stood as the number 1 choice to play again anytime.
