Ok so played the sister/brother course in the morning. Had the proshop book us for their double play. Both courses for one price. They booked us two tee times and gave us time for lunch. We were fine in the morning pace was great, in the afternoon at King and Bear, it was obviously overbooked..the group in front of us was two 4-somes that played as an 8 some. They slowed the course down a lot, over a 5 hr round. No course rangers to keep pace of play, called pro shop, and seemed very unconcerned about pace of play. We asked for cart girl to come out and she did met up with us by the next hole. We saw her a ton on front 9. Just be prepared to play a slow round here, especially if it's afternoon. They have a lot of groups play both courses. Worth the wait great layout, lots of water, challenging. but not too hard. Put it on your bucket list you will not be disappointed. I PROMISE

Ok so I was told and read this was a bucket list course. It was designed by Snead and Sarzen..and well it is a great track. l loved the layout. It is decent long from the black tees. 6600 I think . I was hitting them straight today off the tee so made this a very enjoyable round. Play this course pick the right tees and you will love the layout. Greens were money, plush and green. Fairways were nicely taken care of. Only one tee box needed some TLC, but for it being early spring the course was in good shape. It rained cats and dogs the night before and the course was fine in the morning.

First time playing this course used some reviews I read from GN to book this course. I am glad I did. Talked to the local we were paired up with and he agreed this was the better of the course at Amelia. He said Ocean Links is great if the winds is low, if its windy he said its enough to make you hate golf and want to quit. I liked the layout. Great course lots of fun, very challenging but not so hard a newbie can't have fun. Course was in good shape for early spring, only one tee box needed work, the fairways were starting to grow in nice..greens were super plus! PLAY THIS COURSE.

I went out on a Thursday late morning. I was one of about 10-15 golfers on the course this day. The weather was sunny but breezy and cooler than normal. The course is pretty open, so if you spray a few off the tee throughout your round you will be ok. Not a very long course from the Blue tees. You could actually leave the driver in the bag on most holes if you are not getting along with it. Overall great course and condition of course was outstanding.

Great course conditions, overall very impressed with condition...only a few holes could use some love around the greens and all fairways and tee boxes were well kept up.
The pace was very slow on this day, as it seemed many foursomes out on the course.
Overall its a good course close to my house, play it a handful of times a year when I want to just get out and play a round.

This course used to be well kept, well run, and busy. You can tell they are saving money, the clubhouse is old and outdated, the employees are all lethargic and looked upset to be there.
As for the round I played this day it was super crowded and slow with a bunch of terrible golfers and first timers, the other groups I saw out were totally wasted. No starter so it was a free for all. The condition of the tee boxes and greens were terrible..!! Tee boxes no divots were fixed, giant holes from errand golf shots. Greens no one I MEAN NO ONE replaces ball marks!
Used to really enjoy this course now its just a joke...so unless you live close, not worth the money or time!!

Huges has a great course, well maintained. A few holes pose a decent challenge to any skill level golfer. Overall its a great course for the weekend warrior who wants to get out and play.

I found this deal on Golfnow, have wanted to check this course out for a bit. I got paired up with three other golfers, who were really nice guys. Course condition was great, pace of play was slow as it was a busy Saturday. Course was challenging enough for me but not to hard that it made my round unbearable. Overall a great facility, and GOOD course for the money.

Went with a golf buddy, needed a new course to play. We heard good things about Michigan. So we played two courses. This was the second.
It rained the night before heavy, so in the morning the course was very wet, but by midway through the front nine fairways had dried up a little, greens were drying out.
Over all design is a good design, tight fairways and challenging drives on front 9 back 9 is easier, due to wider fairways. Overall great round for the price. Staff was super friendly. Would play this again.

Found a great price on Golfnow for this course. Had to take it. I played as a single, it was extremely busy this day for Springbrook so they paired me up with three other gentlemen. Great guys, the course was packed but played right on pace for four hours. The weather was amazing. Green were true and held balls well. No complaints will play this course again.

I found a hot deal for a 12:30 tee time as a single. Showed up 15-20 minutes early. No hassle, they sent me out as a single, only a few groups ahead of me. Teed off and played a fast 9. Caught the groups ahead around hole 10, and was done in under 4 hours. Course was WELL maintained, and no complaints. Super friendly staff and would recommend this course to others.
