Poor facilities for $115
The course is great and in good condition but the facilities are poor. Small clubhouse, bathrooms in bad condition and no cart with refreshments. Pace of play is poor with no Marshall's.

Beautiful course
Located in a beautiful area the course was in immaculate condition. Greens are super fast and challenging. Plenty of water hazards in strategic locations.

Course with variety
Nice open par 5s, challenging dog leg 4s and fun par 3s that challenge you over water. Great views of the catskill mountains.
