Great layout, scenic views, couple of challenging holes on back 9, well groomed, friendly staff, lots of wild life, good pace of play,, slow greens, longer walks from kart to greens. I recommend this course.

Played On 02/08/2018Very poor condition
We played the Lake and Marsh 9's. Both are in very poor condition. The tee box are bare and badly beaten. There is hardly any grass on the fairways. The greens are bumpy with bare patches and inconsistent speed.
The practice areas are warn and in poor condition.
The cart paths are bumpy, heaved, with pot holes.
In general this course needs a complete refurbish.

Course is in very good condition. Staff is helpful and friendly. Pace of play was excellent (2 hr 50 min for the two of us).
Raven at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort

The Raven is the newest of the Sandestin courses. The layout is very nice and challenging with bunkers and water frequently in play. The greens have signifcant slope and are in very good condition.
Staff are friendly and helpful.
Pace of play was very good.

The course is in good condition. There are three 9 hole courses. We played Choctaw, Creek. Nice layout. Generous tee areas. Fast greens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very good pace of play. Very good practice area. Nice club house.
Very nice layout
The course is in quite good condition. Water comes into play frequently. Dog legs and elevation changes add to interest and challenge. Played in four hours.
Friendly staff and members. Nice practice area.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The course is in good condition.Tthere is a nice practice area. We followed two large groups and play was a bit slow. It is a flat layout with generous landing areas off the tee. greens are nice and fast. Vey nice club house.
Royal Niagara Golf Club - Escarpment Course
Played On 05/20/2016Nice course layout, nice facilities, course condition disappointing.
The greens were slow and inconsistent from hole to the next. The bunkers had different sand from one to the next which was tricky. Wide drive landing areas and tight approaches. I suspect as the season goes on the course will improve. Staff were very friendly and helpful

A tight twisty course amongst interestingly designed homes and apartment buildings. The course offers a good challenge. The layout is wide spread with a few holes south of hwy 98. Club house is modest. Staff friendly and helpful. Very enjoyable. Greens in excellent condition.

Indian Bayou is is very good condition. All three nine hole courses are very well laid out presenting interesting views and requiring careful shot selection. The greens are fast and in excellent condition. The pace of play is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained. There are good practise facilities.

The layout is quite straight foreward. Wide landing areas off the tee. Fairways dormant. Greens slow.
Pace of play 4 to 4,5 hours.
Good practise facilities available to public with $2,00 range balls.
