Had a great time on this course. In good condition, fun course and great price.

I am an average golfer. The course was not extremely difficult so it was very enjoyable. The staff was great, the maintenance was great. They just finished their new sand traps, and greens which are great. Since it is now fall and the leaves cover almost every part of the course, the mantainence crew did a great job and trying their best to push the leaves as far off to the side as possible. Also, I got a great deal on golf now.

This course is in the middle of nowhere. I found this by just browsing through golf now courses near Durham, NC. This course has become my new favorite for a few simple reasons: secluded, friendly staff, great course, and literally play when you want at your pace. Being that I am an average golfer and I like going really early. I can go to the course whether by myself or with a friend and get on the course right away and hardly wait on people. It is always a great time when I go to Lake Winds. The course is suprisingly nice and well kept for being randomly located by a small housing district. I always introduce my friends to this course and they all love it.
