Conditions really varied between holes. Some in excellent condition and others pretty marginal. Golf carts were pretty tired and no GPS.

We’ve played the Legacy over the last 10 years when we’ve travelled to Phoenix and I think it’s in the best condition I can remember.

Played the course on back to back days. Most of the course conditions were good except some greens had some weed/grass that weren’t a good look and had some impact on putts. Other greens were good but all of them were on the slower side. Easier to stomach the cheaper afternoon green fees than the prime time price.

I probably wouldn’t play this course again with so many other options in the area

Overall staff was very friendly. Starter was very helpful and escorted our twin sons to the 2nd tee as they were delayed reaching the course. At this price point surprised that no GPS on the carts. Would be very helpful.

Course was packed on a Saturday so not surprised that it took over 4 1/2 hours. Checking in was rather chaotic and poor communication. Starter at the clubhouse said go to 1st tee starter but never told us how to get there as the Cypress course is across the road on a dirt access trail from clubhouse. Thankfully my wife and I were paired up with a gentleman who knew the course and gave us helpful info on hole layouts. For the amount of traffic the course sees I thought it was in good condition. I would definitely play again if in the area. Green fees seemed to be priced fairly.

Overall course in good condition. As noted by others a few tee boxes are under repair/reconstruction. Greens in good shape outside of unrepaired ball marks. Repaired 3-5 on every green just along my putt path. Come on people! Always told it’s an honor to repair a pitch mark as it meant you hit the green! Restaurant staff very friendly and accommodating. Played on day 98 degrees with feel like temperature of 108 so ice cold beer at the end of the round hit the spot!

Had a beautiful day for golf. Greens were tricky and had more 3 putts than normal due to deceptive nature of mountain course but they were in great shape. Pace of play was good. Not much for amenities and they charge like you’re playing a high end ocean course. No GPS on the carts so kind of playing blind to various hazards.

Course in good shape. Only hiccup was we ordered lunch from the cart GPS and no one seemed to know anything about it when we made the turn.

Traveled to San Antonio to celebrate our anniversary. Played several other courses in the area that were comparable but less expensive. Would play again if it worked out but would start with some other courses first.

We were paired up with a couple locals that made the round much more enjoyable. Greens were in great shape but some of the tee boxes were kind in rough shape. Driving range was really tough.

Flew into San Antonio at midnight and had a noontime tee time. Course was much tighter than I was anticipating. Didn’t help that felt rushed with a group right behind us waiting but we were waiting on group in front of us starting on the 2nd hole. They were complaining they were waiting on group in front of them but watched them multiple times hit 2 or 3 tee shots because they didn’t like their first one. No marshals. Group behind us gave up after 13. Clubhouse staff super friendly.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Don’t know that January is a fair time to review course conditions but would love to come back in late March or April and compare.

Course was in great condition. Bunkers were well kept. Greens rolled true. Staff very friendly. Grabbed lunch before at the grill. Only complaint would be pace of play. Waited on nearly every tee box on front 9. Not quite as bad on the back but still nearly 5 hour round.

Staff very friendly. Course in great condition. Layout to next hole was a little confusing at times. We were a foursome and had a three some behind us so felt pushed at times which made the round less enjoyable. No 19th hole so if you want a beer after the round you’ll have to go somewhere else.
