Another good day on this short but challenging course. Very fast greens

A short course but still with a 400 yd par four .Very fast greens.

The greens today were probably the fastest I have played. The white tees were a challenge for this 10 handicapper

It had rained heavily the day before my round and most of the bunkers held water. The greens were ok , but they are in winter conditions and it is priced accordingly.
This is a great course , very well laid out.

Crane Lakes is very well maintained with excellent greens and fairways. The pro shop and driving range are both very well looked after. The white tees that I played were about 5400 yds, with a par of 66. The yardage is deceiving as the holes are approx the yardage of a 6000 yd course, except that there is only one par 5 but there are (l think) 6 par three's !

Ok, just different.

It was ok for the money. The fairways were ok but the greens were rough with bare spots. The sand traps were not playable as heavy rain left them either muddy or hard packed.

The day was ok, I was not disappointed but I feel some of the reviews are a bit generous.

The fairways were very rough and the humps and bumps should be fixed.
The greens were good.. The scenery was very good with the Tay River winding through the middle of the course. I left with the feeling that this could be a really nice course with some work on the fairways.
I enjoyed the day !

The two courses here are both excellent but Flamingo is simply more beautiful with more palms and water features.

This is a short course with bad greens. If you are a beginner or rarely play you will find it acceptable . Do not pay more than $25 green fees, in any season.

Wide generous fairways , very good moderately fast greens and a well maintained course made for a very enjoyable round of golf.

A good golf course that is well layed out and maintained. We played 18 enjoyable holes in 3-1/2 hrs . A very minor annoyance was a ranger who made small unnecessary comments, but I find that easy to ignore.

This course is acceptable at the rate we paid ($35). The fairways were good but most of the greens had some bare spots. Again, a good course if the green fee is $ 35. or less. Overall we enjoyed the round.

This course is usually good value for the money but if I had known they were overseeding the greens I would not have played it. The putting surfaces will probably not be good until the new year (2014).
