The course is enjoyable and usually well maintained. But, you have to be prepared for some odd policies that only city employees would think of. Today, I was told they couldn't give me a cart key until 10 minutes before my tee time...??? I don't play Rebsamen often because there is frequently something peculiar going on. I have dealt with exceedingly rude personnel in the golf shop and on the course, told I couldn't tee off because there wasn't a foursome (no one waiting), and now I can't have a cart to load my gear in time to pick up my playing partner for our tee time. Go with the attitude that weirdness is to be tolerated.

There is a cramped feeling about the course which badly needed mowing. The greens had not recovered from a past vertical mowing and the bunkers only had rocks...literally, rocks that would destroy a club head. Very dissappointing because other Lindsey courses I've played were very nice.
