Marine Park Golf Course
Played On 10/14/2021Still the Best Around
The course is in pretty good shape. The tee boxes and greens were recently aerated and should be back to normal in a cool couple of weeks. Marine Park is still in the best shape of any of the public courses in Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island.
Berkshire Valley Golf Course

Beautiful and well maintained. Berkshire Valley is a challenging test.
LaTourette Golf Course
Played On 09/16/2021Needs work
First time I’ve played here this year. I played here last year right after golf courses reopened from the pandemic. It wasn’t in great shape then. It hasn’t improved a whole lot since. Though things have improved, this course needs a lot of work. There are better options in Jersey or Brooklyn.

Marine Park Golf Course
Played On 07/14/2021Best in the Area
Marine Park is in the best shape of any of the other courses in the 5 boroughs. Management continues to improve the layout. Playing this course is money well spent.

Played On 07/22/2021Nice Course
Overall I had a good time here. This course forces you to shape Shots and plan where you want to be for your next shot. The tee boxes need work. Fairways were in decent shape. Greens mostly ok.

Played On 10/15/2020Pretty Good Shape
Silver Lake is in pretty decent shape. Short and hilly. Drains slow so don’t play right after wet weather.
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We would love to know how we can earn those last two stars next time! Thanks for playing Silver Lake Golf Course.
Kissena Park Golf Course
Played On 09/17/2020Short and Slow
I’ve played here before, but, not for a few years. It’s mostly par 3’s and very short par 4’s. No par 5’s. The greens were being aerated, so, that didn’t contribute positively to the experience as we only found out upon arrival to the course. Lots of bare spots and crabgrass in the fairways and Tee Boxes. It’s an ok course if you want to practice your iron shots.
Marine Park Golf Course
Played On 09/16/2020Still in good shape
I’ve played here every week for the past few weeks. The course is seeing a reasonable amount of play. The grounds crew is keeping it in good condition. Best shape of any course in the area.
Marine Park Golf Course
Played On 08/18/2020Still in Good Shape
The course is in much better shape than other courses in the area. Pace of play is good. Enjoyed the round.
Marine Park Golf Course
Played On 08/12/2020Great Shape
Played several of the courses in the 5 Boro’s this year. Marine Park is in the best shape by far. Very enjoyable.
Clearview Park Golf Course
Played On 08/07/2020Terrible Shape
I’ve played Clearview many times, but, this is my first time this year. Tee to green the course is in terrible shape. I’ve played many of the other courses in the 5 boros this year and Clearview is in the worst condition by far.
South Shore Golf Course
Played On 07/29/2020Play at your own risk
The worst thing about my round was finding no one wearing a mask. No employees wearing one. No golfers wearing one. The cart I got was not cleaned. The starter did not have a mask on and had everyone sign for their cart with the same pencil. I’ve played other courses in the area, LaTourette, Dyker, and both of those courses were practicing appropriate COVID-19 hygiene. Come on South Shore, wake up and start enforcing the COVID rules.
Thank you for taking the time to rate the course. Hope to see you back at the club soon.
