Course was in great shape. The greens were perfect. Fast and true. The course layout is beautiful. Plenty of sand and water but very playable. Lots of scenic vistas and wildlife. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lunch at Pipers before round was excellent. Valet service included. Great value with hot deal from golf now but well worth the full price. Will definitely play again!

Fun course design. Lots of trouble but plenty of room to play away. Good risk reward. First impression at bag drop and pro shop were less than impressive. Got better with the starter who was great and the cart guy post round. Drink cart was good too. Greens were true and moderately fast. Good same in bunkers. Would definitely play again.
Oaks at Ft. Walton Beach Golf Club

First time playing the pines course. Not as interesting as it’s sister course the oaks. Wide fairways make it user friendly but not all that interesting. That said the course was in great shape, with very good greens. For the money it is a great value. And the staff at this facility is the most friendly and welcoming I’ve experienced in a while.

This is a great course for all levels of play. We played after 4 days of rain and it had drained very well. Greens are faster than they look and roll well. For the money this is the place to play in the Destin area. For sure it’s not up to the standards of the Destin resort courses but it’s definitely a fun track for short money. Play every year when in town.

Always a great day at this course. Challenging but fair. Greens were excellent. Staff as always was very welcoming and friendly. Great driving range and putting areas included with greens fees. Best quality course for the money in Destin.

Nice course with some interesting holes. Greens were great for winter conditions. Definitely worth the money. Pro shop staff was super nice. Will definitely play there again!
Eglin AFB Golf Course - Eagle

Great challenging layout. Multiple tee options for all abilities. Surprising elevation changes for Florida. Dormant grass in January allows for lots of roll and limited rough. Staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A great value. Will certainly be back!!

Challenging but fair layout. Lots of elevated greens. Bunkers in great shape. Greens were slow but true. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely be back!
