Fun course, interesting layout.

Nice enough track. Good variety of holes. Bunkers could use some work. Pretty good green contours but when I played it they had recently been aerated so......Adequate yardage markers except, and this seems to be universal and I'll never understand why, on the par threes. Free tip for every course in the world: if you have a permanent structure on the tee of a par three (ball washer, monument, tree, whatever) note the distance to the center of the green from that structure. We can all figure it out from there.

Very nice course. Challenging but fun.

Very nice course in very good condition. Excellent variety of holes, very nice practice facilities, friendly staff. Really enjoyed my round even though I didn't score very well. Definitely need some local knowledge to get around smoothly.Wish I lived closer because this place would certainly be in my regular rotation.

Quirky, but a lot of fun and a surprisingly good test.

Booked a tee time without realizing this is a nine hole course with different tee boxes and different greens to turn it into an 18 hole course. Had I known that I probably wouldn't have booked it, and that would have been a huge mistake. This course is a lot of fun and offers some serious shot requirements. It's a par 33/66 but there's more than enough sand, water, hills and rough to give it plenty of teeth. Nice staff, good condition, good views of the lake. Definitely worth checking out.

Good, solid course with enough tee options to make it more or less challenging.

Great variety of holes out here. Usually enough room off the tee to keep you out of people's backyards but enough trouble to reward good shots and punish bad ones. Some well-placed, tough bunkers and some tough-to-read greens (at least for me) that seem to defy the laws of gravity with putts seemingly breaking uphill. Makes me want to go back until I figure out those greens. Lots of fun. Highly recommend it.

Good, old course. Better layout than you might expect.

Always a bit strange to start off with a par 3, especially one that stretches about 200 yards, but there are some really good holes out there. Need to be straight off the tee because there are plenty of very old, very BIG trees. The par 5's are legit (another odd thing, they play back to back) and all three of the par 3's are challenging. Hilly enough to make you feel it if you walk. From the tips this course is tougher than you might think. The clubhouse/pro shop is quaint but the staff is very friendly. This is not a place with an unlimited maintenance budget but they do well enough so it's definitely worth checking out.

Nice layout. Good balance of more and less challenging holes.

One of my 'go to' courses when I want good solid golf and good value. Mostly in good shape and very playable. Have taken quite a few out of town friends here and all have found it very enjoyable. Always have a hard time with #13. That hole hates me but I'll get it one of these days.

Great layout. One of my favorites in the area.

Love this course. Definitely in my top ten favorites. Great variety of shots required, especially when the wind is up. Has probably the most unfair hole I've played anywhere (#15) but I still love it, including #15!

Good layout. Pretty much use every club in the bag.

Fun layout. Requires a lot of different shots. Don't need to be a bomber to score well or enjoy. Was cruising along at a great pace through 10 holes then ran into the back of the world's slowest foursome, who never once offered to let me play through, even though it was wide open in front of them. But the course was still a good experience.

Good variety of holes.

Course was a bit baked but, hey, it's August in Oklahoma. All in all in pretty good shape. Good value for the money.

Terrific layout with great variety of holes. Well worth the journey from OKC.

Hadn't played it in several years so it was nice to see it's still an excellent track. Need to pick the right set of tees and then know what to hit from those tees. Easy to get some big fairway bounces and find yourself lost in the gunch after a tee shot you thought was pretty well struck. Tees, fairways and greens all pretty firm but that's kind of expected around here in July. Should be on everyone's 'must play' list.
