I have reviewed this course before, and it was a very measured review. Experiences weren't great and was disappointed....This review is for my recent round. The course is in very good shape after all the rain and the greens were slick which was great. All the bunkers have clearly been groomed since all the rain. They were in perfect condition and played perfectly fair...The staff here is hit and miss. The starters are always cool and friendly. Typically the pro shop people aren't friendly. Often I feel like Im buying something from a liquor store rather than checking in for golf..There was a Marshall on the course and he checked in with us 2x to check on the pace of play, which was great! We tee'd off around 8:30 on a Sunday. We finished in 4 hours 50 minutes. Thats a long round, but comparative to other courses, that's very good time for a Sunday. They still don't have actual holes on the putting green, which nobody there can explain. But all in all, the -'s are minor and the +'s made it a great round. I WILL definitely be back to play here again.

We booked around two weeks ago, and prepaid. We got 2 inches of rain Wednesday and Thursday, and then Thursday night another inch of rain. When we showed up to the course, the starter said sorry I can’t give you a refund just because somebody doesn’t show up. I explained, he didn’t show up because he didn’t think you guys were even going to be open. And then asked him at the driving range is open, and he said no because of the rain it was closed. Just a joke. E.G will do whatever they can to rip you off. Not even work with the golfer at all and just say sorry you’re out of luck is crap. This place is poorly run, it’s poorly managed, this was once a great track, but there’s giant ruts in the middle of Fairways, and that’s year-round. They don’t try to fix the fairways at all. The greens are always in pretty good shape. The layout is beautiful. But the service just sucks and I’ll never come back here again.

The course is in good shape after overseeding. The greens were very soft and receptive. Only drawback was cart path only due to recent overseed. That did cause the play to be slower than normal. Its a great track and will challenge the best golfers. Watch out for a push fade or slice on the par 5 #14. The homeowner who lives just off the cartpath is a bit of a jerk. If you come near his wall he whines. Unfortunately I pushed it and had to deal with him. Our 4some was able to laugh it off.

Perfect day, pretty cold in the morning but turned out real nice..Both courses are in perfect condition after all the rain. There were some new “water hazards” but in another week they’ll be gone. That was only bad part, but you have to expect that after all that weather…Range was closed except for the participants of Epson ladies amateur qualifier. We drive in from 57&210 fwy areas to play out here because its such a great deal for a great golf course(s) Theres not a better coiurse in better condition around this entire region, with the exception of Goose Creek. They do still adhere to some strict covid policies, Im kinda over that stuff, but whatever, Ill keep coming back.

For $75 on a Friday morning, it's hard to complain too much. having played here many times, I know what to expect..But something I can't figure out, is why do they still have foam in cups and no holes on putting green? The snack window at the turn is no longer there either. You have to go to the bar. Like I said, it's really good value for the price. Oh, and the lady who works behind the counter in the mornings is great. She's very friendly and courteous.

The course was in great shape. Greens were slick and true. Refreshment cart came by at least 3 times from start to finish of the round, which was great because it was very hot today. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of customer service, it was much better than I recalled. Will be back soon.

Played here on Friday, May 14. We paid $89 for the round +4 dollars for a small bucket of balls. The greens were complete crap. The ball would not hold a line they were punched a number of weeks ago and have never fully come back. But we’re still almost paying $100 for around. That’s outrageous.

I wrote a harsh review of this course last time I played it due to it being completely dried out and horrible. The course is in much better shape now and its clear it has been well attended to. Happy to see, I really love this course.

This course is garbage. They stopped watering during quarantine and it’s a big cow pasture. Very sad this is a great course with a great layout. But ownership has stopped watering it and let it go. Big patches of dirt in the middle of every fairway on the back nine total joke.

So, previously I absolutely trashed this course with a review, primarily because the greens were so poor. Well today I was more than happy with the greens as they were quicker and in much better shape. Considering the time of year, the course was in great shape. Some of the skirts around the greens as well as surrounding areas are cut very short. Any approach from outside 145 better be on the green or youre gonna get a severe kick away from the green and possibly all the way to the hazards. Everyone in our 4some commented on how punishing that was today. Definitely added difficulty. Pace was meh, but it wasn’t the end of the world.

Course was in decent shape considering the season. The greens were great. Pretty quick but fan true. Some pretty stupid pin positions today, every green on the course the greenskeeper placed the pin somehwere near the edge and also on bad spots. Disappointing as it made a few of the greens unnecessarily more difficult. But its a good public course

The course was in good condition considering its winter and we have had a lot of rain lately. The greens were slick and definitely wanted to keep it below the hole where possible. It played slower than usual for here, but nothing bad, I believe we finished in 4hr 20mins on a Friday morning. Will repeat.

This is my favorite course up and down the 15fwy. I have come to the realization, I really love the layout and thats what keeps me coming back here. But the conditions of the course are average at best. Played slow today, the marshalls are great guys, but dont really push the pace of play. Still a fun track though.

I play here 2-3x per month. Not sure if they’re letting greens grow out in anticipation of high heat, or maybe I just played in front of the mower. But greens were annoyingly slow. Its such a good track, will play again soon, hopefully after the next close shave of those greens.

Played Friday morning. First thing I notice on the course, was how poor condition the fairways were in. I was genuinely surprised., as the fairways are usually in real good shape here. The greens were in great shape. I was pleasantly surprised to see how well the greens rolled, as far as speed goes I would say they were rolling around 9. Hopefully the fairways come back to normal condition soon. Course will play real nice then.
