The course is very challenging and the greens and fairways are excellent. Good putting is a premium. and it's a very good value for the money. The clubhouse is average and aging but we don't play Union Hills for that. I take all my out-of-town guests there at least once every winter.

Not too difficult but a nice course. A few greens has some rough spots but the others were very good. Residents were nice and welcoming.

Great value for the money. Not a pushover course and pace of play is excellent. Don't spend big bucks on the big name courses until you have played some warm-up rounds on a course like this.

When you book 150 rounds per day please have a ranger on the course to keep play moving. This was the slowest day of play I've had since I arrived on 12/31/19.

Without someone prompting slow players things just snowball.

Always a joy to play. Great layout will test your short game. Priced right and the facilities are very nice.

Very good fairways and greens. The staff is excellent and very welcoming. The grill is good and beverages very fairly priced. My only recommendation is to keep the tee boxes clean by picking up used tees.

If you are not a member or a corporate guest you get treated like a second rate citizen. It appears they use the public to fill the tee sheet and don't care if your round is good or bad. They stuck a corporate foursome in between tee times in front of us and it made a 5 hour round. I would not play this course again during peak season.

Great layout, top notch conditions, friendly staff and good food. A+++
