Grove/Plantation at Pecan Grove Plantation Country Club
Played On 07/30/2020avoid if you can
Many issues, greens were poor from brown spots (see picture). sand traps were full of water. But oddest was the check-in staff member following me out on the course and not leaving me alone. I had to eventually say "why are you bothering me, have a nice day" to get him to leave. If you have to play in the area, it is not worth $70 ( $35 hot deal and then $35 there). There are many excellent course around it. AVOID if you can.
La Quinta at Quail Valley Golf Course
Played On 07/29/2020Staff having fun
When you arrive you'll notice the staff is concerned with having fun amongst themselves and will not take the time to really help you. Also while a public course, ,the staff's friends go in front of you or get their way on their course. While the foresome in front of me had 2 holes in front of them open, the ranger said he could not talk to them. If you can find another course go there; otherwise just be ready to have patience.
Hi xU7i3mvsIvv8azB7whJY, we appreciate you taking the time to review the course, however, we're very sorry to hear about your recent experience with us. We aim for a 5-star experience, so this is by no means the standard we strive to achieve and we always welcome this kind of feedback for potential improvements. Your feedback has been shared with our staff appropriately, but we encourage you to reach out to Richard Rowell, General Manager, at the course directly if you would like to discuss this situation further. Thank you for playing Pecan Grove Plantation Country Club, and we hope to welcome you back for a much-improved golf experience soon.
