Friendly staff in pro shop, bag drop and starter.
Course conditions (tees, fairways and greens) were great
Pace of play was excellent (3.5 hrs. for a threesome even though we had to wait for a threesome who were definitely playing the wrong tee blocks).
Only negative would be water coolers with no water and no beverage cart.

After many years of driving by the course finally got to play it when we got an "Easter Special Pricing" from Golf Now.
Everything was top notch at the course from "Valet Parking", to staff friendliness, course conditions, pace of play and the beverage cart service.
Would play the course again when favorable price is available. (Canadians paying 30% premium to buy $U.S.)

Course is in excellent condition. Tees and fairways had lots of grass which was maintained. Greens a bit shaggy as they had been "verticut", however they rolled true.
Its unfortunate there was no course marshal as we waited for a foursome all day (we were a threesome) and no one was in sight in front of them.
Not having a "laser" the par threes were a guess on true yardage as no plates at any tee box.
Will be back to play again

Course conditions - Tees - grass was had to find, fairways good, greens excellent speed and true roll, however they where hard and tricky to read .
Pace of play was excellent just over 3 hours at 9.30 a.m. on a Sunday.

Spent considerable time trying to find the pro shop due to poor directions at the entrance and a small sign at the actual location.
As a result of the above we were late for our tee time, however, the pro shop said they could accommodate us just go speak to the starter.
Paired up with another two some from Canada.
Unfortunately we ended up following a fivesome (?).
Pace was still good until we reached the third hole a par 3 where we the fourth group waiting. At that time the "Course Expert" (Marshall) shows up and tells the fivesome to break up. The hole is a strange one as you play the hole and then come all the way back for the next tee. The marshal stays on this tee and made no effort to tell the people playing the fourth they were a hole behind and causing the delay. The fivesome were not holding anyone up. Last time we saw him??
Sorry for the details but being a marshall for eighteen years I didn't think the problem was handled well and things didn't improve and it resulted in a five hour round.
When we finally returned to the pro shop the staff ignored us (cleaned clubs for the group in front and the twosome with us and went with them on the cart to the parking lot). We carried our clubs to the car.
Positive point: Course conditions were good with fast true greens and lots of grass on the tees and greens. GOOD Overseeding.

Course conditions were very good, greens excellent.
Played at 1.00 p.m. and pace of play was excellent. Teed off early and finished in 3 hours 45 minutes. Pro shop staff excellent, back shop and starter excellent, beverage cart visited us three times.
Would recommend course to others as it compares favorably to the "Clublink" courses I play in Canada

Played with my son, daughter and son in law at Providence which was close to the house we rented in Davenport. Course good for intermediate players who haven't played in six (6) months. Played early in the morning under intermittent rain. Greens spotty but rolled true. Course in good condition for time of year. Excellent gentlemen in bag drop, good golf cart service. Did not see a marshal however still played in 4 hrs.

Golf course in good shape, greens had been top dressed but ran fast.
No one in bag drop, no starter, no ranger and only saw cart girl early in round.
Need to hit a straight ball on a lot of holes.
No yardage book in pro shop, lucky to play with two (2) gentlemen who had played course before.
Would return on next visit to area.

Enjoyed course. Provided opportunity to hit all clubs. Starter helpful in providing information regarding difficult shots (extra clubs, hazard, washrooms, etc.).
Golf Shop was out of yardage books, which would have been helpful. Will play again
