Sunlight, exercise and friends are usually part of golf and they lead to rest. A good diet is available in the clubhouse. Self-confidence can found on the range and the practice green. So, Golf is good for you! I live within a mile of Stoney Creek, play there often and love it. Not long, but tricky with large greens and the creek in play on seven holes.
