White Oaks Country Club
Played On 06/09/2018Nice Course, Different Look to Many Holes
This golf course is not especially long but the tree-lined holes and dog legs make it a legitimate challenge. The ground was cleared under the trees so it was easy to find you ball. The greens were in excellent condition and rolled very nicely. The bar and dining facilities looked nice but were rather crowded due to a golf outing so I didn't get a chance to try the 19th hole. Just two concerns. First, some of the sand traps looked like waste bunkers and I couldn't find a rake. Secondly, the golfers were very loud throughout the course with a lot of yelling and loud conversations; maybe the rest of the course was so quiet so it sounded louder. Played in 3 hours!

Played On 04/22/2018Nice Course, Interesting Character to Holes
I liked the course and the conditions were pretty good for early Spring. Par 5s are short and there are a couple of short Par 4s but not drivable. Your tee shots need to be precise on these short Par 4s. Nice bar, restaurant and patio for after your round of golf. Staff was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely return.

Played On 8/23/2013Nice Fairways, Greens Were Roughed Up
This course has a lot of character and makes good use of the terrain and natural features. I played the day after a heavy rain and towards the end of the day, therefore, the greens were pretty roughed up. Otherwise, the course was in good shape. The planes taking off and landing at the airport is distracting as are the trucks coming/going from the cement factory. If you can get a deal, play there, but anything over $80 is probably too high for this course.
