The app didn't allow me to use my $10 credit, an nobody from Golf now responded to my enquiry last week.

When we arrived we were advised that power carts were not allowed on the back 9. The course contacted Golfnow, but they didn't inform us. We had to walj in the back 9, will golfnow provide a credit since they faile to inform us, and we didn't receive the services that were paid for?
