First time! Great course, allows you to warm up during an easier front nine.......then the back nine challenges you that much more! The club house bar area is absolutely spectacular and finished off with a beer on the great patio! Super friendly staff, will definitely be back!

My wife and I are constantly searching for golf courses in the. Myrtle Beach area that allow you to walk the course. Colonial Charters allows you to walk in the afternoon after 1:30 which is a great feature. Be advised that this is a lengthy course. The course is in great shape, the greens were fast and well maintained. Friendly and accommodating staff. Will definitely go back.

My wife and I became snowbirds this year and spent two months in Myrtle Beach with the intention of doing alot of golfing. We have golfed a few courses and we’re drawn to Azalea Sands for many reasons. First off the staff (Craig, Ryan and Dalton) are unbelievable. They are friendly, professional and most accommodating staff we have ever encountered at a golf course. The other big reason is the ability to walk the course. Most courses do not accommodate golfers that wish to walk. We took a two month membership for February and March. The monthly winter rates is the best bang for your buck considering how good the conditions of the golf course are. We have nothing negative to say about the course. It was a great experience and we are looking forward to becoming members again next year. It will be one of our first stops upon arrival. Can’t wait to see you all next year!
