Customer service has really fallen since Troon took over. No direction for how to get range balls and accusing people of hitting off grass when divots have obviously been there prior. No greeting from staff at pick up.

It was Cart Path only which was fine and the pace of play was what was expected, until the last 2 holes. It looked like they had sent out a group of 12 (3 4-somes) in front and they decided to congregate on the 17th hole, and holding up all the groups behind them by about 20-30 minutes. We tried to contact the clubhouse via their carts like we were instructed to but no one came. It was also unfortunate they did not have a marshall.

The groups in front of us were extremely inconsiderate as we continuously saw fresh/new pitch marks on the greens that were not repaired and trash littered on multiple holes (snack bags, beer cans, ball sleeves, etc).

Wish they had a better system of controlling these people as it really ruined the experience.

The entire course is basically burnt and the club over-compensates by flooding it with water. There are several grass under repair spots near the green and it's hard to say this in AZ when it's 110+ but expect to play with mud balls.

It's insane to charge 40+ for these awful conditions. Only decent thing was there was no one infront or behind us, but should have known that was cause no one is playing this course.

Played there this weekend, greens were beat up and there is never any grass at the range. Always hitting from only sand.

The biggest issue came from a bald gentlemen that was handing out golf balls and carts. He was extremely rude, sounded and looked like he hated being there and could overall have an attitude check when dealing with customers. Asked to increase the number of range balls, which they have always accommodated, and was told they've never done that while the guy that's walking away is carrying a bigger size...

Was supposed to tee off at 1:07, tee'd off at 1:47 instead due to lack of carts available. Course was slam packed and wasn't able to finish due to waiting.
