Played course for first time and enjoyed the experience. Course runs through a residential neighborhood however houses do not come in play. Would not be a good walking course as there are some longe commutes between holes.
Layout was interesting with several double doglegs. Greens are nicely maintained but quite slow. Fairways not great and could benefit from some growth. Bunkers were great with white sand.
Enjoyed the round and will play again.

Have played course a few times in past month and conditions are continuing to improve.
First time with slow play. No Marshall on course and group ahead had a number of holes clear ahead. 5 hour round.! Ugh!
Starters are always friendly but pro shop staff not so much.

Played Clearwater 3 weeks ago and conditions were not optimal. That clearly though was due to seasonal growth. Course much better now with fairways and greens maturing.
Like the layout but there are a few holes on front (5-7) which are too close together. Otherwise, nice layout.
Nice course to play overall!

Course could use some work. Hard to find a ball washer or garbage can on the course. Maintenance needs to be improved as course seems neglected in places on fairways and tee boxes.
Staff seem disengaged.
On the positive side, course has nice layout and Could be a great play!

Really enjoyed playing this course! Layout presents a lot of interesting and challenging holes with doglegs and water in play. Greens are small but in nice condition.
