Course contest to recover from over seeding. Greens were a little long and slow but still very playable.

Course was in good shape and the greens and fairways were in well maintained condition. A few greens are still recovering from the overseeding process but still in playable condition.

Course is in pretty good condition. The greens were a little long and slow. Several spots around the course had standing water that appeared to come from sprinkler system issues.

The tee boxes were terrible. Some were so hard, it was extremely difficult to put a tee in the ground . Grass was very scarce on the tee boxes and most were very uneven. The 2nd cuts around thr greens were long and in bad shape. Fairways were average with casual water in many areas but the bunkers were very hard and compacted. Course conditions took a lot of the enjoyment out of the round. Very disappointed.

Course is well maintained and nicely groomed. Greens are very nice and on the quick side. Pace was a little slow but enjoyed tge round. Would play again.

Overall, the course was in good Shae. Well maintained except for the bunkers. The bunkers were hard packed and difficult to play out of. Just got a fleet of new carts, very nice.

Overall, the course was in pretty good condition. The sands traps are still terrible. Very hard with grainy sand. Fairways and greens are improving with the exception of a couple of greens.

Overall the course is in good condition since it re-opened. A few areas are under repair but tge Fairways and greens are in very good condition. The sand traps are absolutely horrible. The course has a lot of sand traps but they are absolutely horrible: so hard packed you don't even leave foot prints and others had pools of water on the bottom. Very disappointing.

Fairways were nice and greens were in very good condition. Tee boxes were very poor. Most of them were very uneven with no much grass where the tee off markers were located. The pro shop staff were not very friendly. The course winds through a housing development and crosses roads several times including one major roadway.

Course recently overseeded. Rough areas were extremely high and wet in many places. Greens were hairy with a lot of seed still on them. Fairways were okay but not well groomed.

Course was well manicured and maintained. Greens were very dry. Pace was very slow. Had to wait on several tee boxes. On the turn, another foursome jumped in front of our group which slowed play down even more. Only saw the course Marshall one time on the front 9.

There was no Marshall on the course and the pace of play was very slow. On two different occasions a couple of golfers bypassed holes and cut in front of our foursome. The 1st and 18th fairways are adjacent to the driving range and the fairways are littered with alot of range balls. A bunker on 18 had 12 range balls and a water puddle in it. There were so many range balls on the 18th fairway it was difficult finding my ball. All bunkers were hard pack and several had puddles in them. Pro shop staff were not very helpful.

Greens were in very good condition and rolled true with the exception of one. #14 green had multiple gopher holes right around the pin placement. Most fairways were generally good except a few had moving ridges right on the approaches. Casual water located in multiple places on the course and the areas around the tee boxes were very shaggy and poorly mowed.

Overall the course was well manicured and maintained. Several areas could use additional seeding and watering. Most fairways are undulating hills and require good ball placement. Definitely a challenge but also enjoyable. Look forward to playing the course again.
