The fairways are mostly wide, and give you a chance if your drive is not always straight down the middle. Given the high temperatures, and lack of rain, I'd also say the course was in good condition. The only complaint is that when they cut the holes in the green they must not be using the board, because the ground around all the holes is a little lifted. Thus you will miss some putts that should have gone in.

The South course was not in good shape. Weeds were present every 5 feet, and in some sections the grass was burnt out and brown. The East course was in much better shape with no weeds or burnt areas. It was hard to understand how they could be so different. Both are narrow in spots with water in play, but not overly long, so accuracy is more important than driving distance. The staff was friendly, and the snack bar window at the turn is open despite Covid-19.
