Played this course on a golf outing to the Palm Beach area. The course was in great shape and had a good mixture of waste bunkers, sand traps and water. Greens are well undulated and make putting interesting. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming (pro shop, starter, ranger and club house). Definitely on my list of courses to play in this area!

This is a great (Arthur Hills) design that needs some money put back into it. Course was rough and not well maintained. Obviously was a very good track with high quality at one time - but looks like they are managing on a shoe string now.
I would play it again, if I knew they had put more money into the maintenance of the course. This was a course owned by the TPC - however it was sold to the Heritage Golf Group which retained TPC branding rights. (Not of TPC quality).

Greens were good. Rest of course was average. Several traps needed more sand. Staff was not really friendly. They keep you from the clubhouse.
Carts were very average with no GPS .
Course is starting to cut corners.

Played Jacaranda West on Sunday and the course was way overpriced for the conditions of the course in comparison to other in the area. Paid $140 for basically a public course - that looked like it had public traffic. Facilities were dated. I was expecting something much better - especially after I was told over the phone that the course was in great shape. Tee boxes and fairways were pretty beat up. Pace of play was okay. Traps were okay - but had a number of shells and rocks in them.
The West course track was a decent layout - but did have OOB inside the course.

This was a typical Nicklaus layout with fairly wide fairways and most of the trouble around the green. Greens were in nice shape, rolled well - but had a number of ball marks. Typical of a public course. We played the gold tees (with a good bit of wind) that made it a challenge. Traps were in good shape.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would play this course again.

Magnolia was in good shape - but not as nice as The Plantation and River Hall that were played that same weekend. Greens were a little brown and bumpy - not fully recovered from aerification. Several traps on the course had water in them and were not in good shape. We had not had any rain for several days. i enjoyed the track and the staff was very friendly.
