The course was in great shape and the fall foliage was prime time. A short delay in teeing off due to a back-up on the 1st hole was nothing out of the ordinary but the 3 hours it took to play the front 9 was awful. Not once did we see a ranger and we decided to leave after seeing how long it would take to play the 10th and that the speed of play wasn't going to improve. Played with 2 other golfers I did not know, one left before my partner and I decided to leave and the 4th left as well.

Not sure if the course is too hard for some or if the golfers ahead were to blame for playing from the wrong tees, slow play or over-booked course?? Again, no ranger was in sight so it's hard to determine what the issue was. I admit is was a holiday but a 6 hour projected round is unreasonable.

Course was in great shape for this time of year especially considering how much rain we have had. The greens were recently punched but that was announced well in advance before I booked the round.
