Mr Lee, thank you for playing Mattawang three times in the last week on hot deals.
Your grading seems much harsher then most and I believe it relates to you buying hot deals and then showing up nearly two hours early for those tee times. Yesterday you purchased two hot deals an hour apart and wanted to go out back to back. You did get out early on the first time back to back which means the second hot deal group was over an hour early getting out... yet you are still not happy with your day. That seems unfair to our business.

A staffs was not so unfair to the group from golf now.
We 3 players were waited for more than 30 minutes to wait for one player so we passed our original tee time about 10minuts more
