Cart died at 10 , called ,waited , got a lift on back of a cart to maintain distance due to covid 19 . Fell , hit head , tore shirt and lost drink. Called 3 times talked to 2 different incompetent people in golf shop and was told it's on it's way sorry . Didn't get a cart until the end of 12 , cart kids were polite and courteous , groundskeeper tried to help . Inexcusable lack of work ethic , care and urgency .
Fortunately for the lazy crew in the pro shop there were 6 holes left for me to calm down from the incident .
