This is a very good layout and is generally in good condition. The greens, however, are extremely slow. I would not recommend playing this course until I knew the speed of the greens had been dealt with.

I've played most of the semi-private courses in the Tucson area now and I rate this one the best. The staff was professional and friendly, the course is in excellent condition, each hole is different from the last, and several very scenic views make for an overall great experience. Even the practice facilities are better than most.

I always enjoy playing the Tucson National courses. The atmosphere at the resort is great and the course is kept in very nice condition. This time, the maintenance workers were a plague as it seemed they were on every tee box we used, but I suppose that had something to do with the frost delay.

This course is easily the nicest desert course I've played in southern Arizona, and I've played a few. The fairways and greens are imaculate, the layout is challeging yet fair, and overall a great golf experience. Views of mountains in the SW are an added perk. Expensive for this region, but you get what you pay for.

I always enjoy this course although not one of the best in Tucson. The bunkers seem to get an excessive amount of animal traffic so your ball is often in a foot print.

I've always enjoyed the lay out of this course but in 2011 the condition of the course was poor. I was pleasantly surprised to find the condition greatly improved in the fall of 2012, although it still has a ways to go in that respect.
