Greens were inconsistent- some fast some slow.
Many areas wee. Just sand- no grass. Disappointing for the price.

Seemed like nice layout with chsllenging holes, but greens were pretty much un-puttable due to some kind of grass that was 1/4 inch longer than the other grass. Even a 5 footer required good luck in order to avoid being sent off line by the tufts of green grass sticking up. If it was cut, things would have been much better. I guess you get what you pay for.

Although we teed off mid afternoon, there was no chance to get water or any type of food or drink after 9 or eighteen. The only saving grace was that after taking almost 3 hours to finish the front nine, we flew around the back in 1:15, because we were alone out there.

A little pricey at this time of year. Lots of leaves, bunkers not groomed, no food or bev, etc.

Despite its shortish length, the course provided a good test. I could not seem to figure out the green speeds, despite playing the course twice in three days. I would rate it higher if I had played better, but that doesn’t mean the course is lacking - just doesn’t suit my game.

Although the course wasn't busy, and I had paid Golf Now more than the rate that would have been charged by the golf course pro shop, I was denied the right to tee off until a suitable group ( a twosome) could be arranged. I won't book anymore hot deals at Lakeview as they don't honor their commitments to Golf Now or its customers.

Despite pre-paying more than the going rate for this “Hot Deal” , I was denied my tee-time because the course policy does not allow singles to play alone. The course offered to refund my money or to lay much later, finishing in the dark. I understand the reason for the policy ($), but the greed amazes me.

I have been playing HH for years and have not seen it it in better shape for a long time

Course surprisingly dry. Overall, in excellent condition for May.

Greens were rolling nicely. Not quite the lightning fast conditions that I've come to expect, but that was probably a good thing for my second game of the year. Easier on the nerves.

One off-putting experience was that after purchasing two tall boys (for $25!), I was practically accused of having brought them from my car and asked to take them out of my golf bag. Even after assuring the staff member that they were legit, I was made to feel guilty -maybe it was the mask.
