Greens were rolling pretty good! I guess the winner has help the speed a little bit with the greens. It’s a Phone course to play wide-open lots of holes to bomb my way. There are some long par threes.

First 9 holes perfect! Played under 2 hours. Hole 10 is where we ran into back up. Marshall would have been nice. My wife and I played 3 more holes and left (took to long).

Basically a straight forward course. Really fun for vacation sunburnt couple!!

Visiting Tybee Island. Booked before arrival. No yardage markers, rangefinder helpful to flag but not center of green, lots of fairway and green side bunkers, rough fingers out in fair way, lots of rough, tight fairways from the blues, jets flying over head every 30 min, locals hit into ya on first hole, players come from no where behind and in front, got lost on a few holes, Blind shots. Did not play as advertised. Disappointed. 8 hip. Wife 16 hip.

Wish my wife and I stayed at the beach. Wasted a good part of the day. This requires local knowledge.

1st hole I hit a perfect drive (280 baby draw over the bunker on the right) fairway sloped right to left stepply, ball lost into the left woods. I was told by a member take a free drop, happens to everyone. A14 of 18 holes are like that. Worst design ever. Played there 4 years ago, I know why I don't play there. I'm a 8 hcp and play hard courses that are fair. This course is stupid stupid stupid. You are penalized for perfect drives and iron shots. Extreme slopes are way over the top. Blind shots, are another story. Will only play there if only for charity, free golf or I am paid.

Wide open. Not much in the fairways. Play lift and place. Good practice course! Greens are very slow. Staff are super friendly!

I had a great round playing in light rain. Course was in very good shape. I play Royal Lakes about once a month. I play different courses because I travel around Georgia. This is always one of my favorites!

Wow... not the same course. I use to play this course for practice. After 3 months of not playing (injury), I was shocked and surprised to see what great shape the course was in. The new owner (I don't know who) has put some time and effort in this place. Great value for the money!!!

In the past this course has had a bad reputation for being in poor shape... but not today! Most courses are over grown due to the heat, but not this place. Very well maintained! Fairways in great shape with only a few summer heat spots. But the greens... wow... a little slow but in fantastic shape!!!

Greens are in good shape. Lots of Big Hills and Long Carries which I don't mind except landing in hard run off areas with no grass. Not a bad place to play just needs some TLC.

Great Place to Play/Practice. Greens need help... very slow and bouncy. Course is some what challenging. Wide Fair ways so I can swing away. Fun Dog Legs and a few Lay Up Par 4/5's. Very Friendly Staff! I like to play a round and practice shots there like power fades etc.

Not an easy course to play for a 18-20 handicap. I have played there several times before. This course is for the more advanced player unless your playing from the women's tees.
