The golf course condition is very good at Baytree and the rate is very reasonable compare to other course at this time. Definitely will play here again week after week.

We have our tee time at 1:15PM but we do not have cart until 1:35PM and tee off at 1;45PM. ending up last hole we need to use a phone flash light to put on the 18th hole. their tee time is 7 minutes apart. There are about 15 to 20 golfers waiting for cart around 1PM on Friday February 11, 2022. This a normal at this course since December 2021 and the management do not care to solve the problem. Stay away this place on the weekend.

We like the course and layout, but the management's policy is difficult to accept sometime..
We are 2some tee time 1:22PM booked through Golfnow.com and another 2some also booked Golfnow.com tee time 1:15PM. The course is wide open not a single golfers other than 4 of US. Yet we show up a litle early than tee times around 12:35PM. We ask if we can go out early but the starter insisted that manager asked him to hold us until our tee time . They said not fair for other golfers pay higher rate than US pay at Golfnow.com. I told the starter that he only make us unhappy by holding us and the course not going to make any more money by holding us waiting at the first tee while there is no one there. The smart thing is to utilized the first tee box let as many golfers tee off as possible.. because who know when our tee time come could be several more group show up and that way will make everyone jam up at the first tee. It only make US not happy and going to other course to play and as a result could be no one will play there . IF the Baytree manager want make us un happy golfers I think he succeeded, but to attract more golfers may be he need to think it over again. I play many courses like: Duran, Viera East and Turtle Creek non of the course hold you up while tee box is open/empty. If Baytree does not want us book through golfnow.com then do not contract with Golfnow.

The Turtle Creek GC have a lot of improvement since last year. From the tee to greens are very competitive with others course in the area and rate is very reasonable. Actually seeing the cut between fairway and rufth around the green nicely done. Will be back again soon.

I played Turtle today and the course surprised me with all new carts , new flagsticks.. The green is very good fast comparable with Bay Tree / Viera I think.

I played this course one or twice a week. The green is getting much better compare to summer time. There are some water most of the holes but if you hit straight nothing to worry about.

I played this at least once a week, but recently I notice the condition is getting much better if I compare from a year ago. The cost is the best in Brevard county. The course is not long, but there is some water here and there but if you hit strait nothing to worry about. Providing that you play the right tee box ??? Go have a fun round.

i played this course once or twice a week lately the green is really fast and in excellent shape. On a scale 1 to 10 I gave it a 8 or 9. This is the best green condition of Baytree National that I have seen for a long time.

First time play here. The condition from Tee to green are excellent. fast green and very elevation up and down.. I am from Central Florida so this course is 180 from what I used to play everyday.. But over all it is worth the 30 minutes drive and the experience. of the mountain golf. definitely I will be back for a second time.

The course is in good shape. The green is very fast like 12/13 scale. Fairway are rolling well. Over all this is an excellence course in the area.

Three of us started and finished just under 3 hours today. That were include waiting be hide a twosome for 2 holes before they let us play through, The green are very good (putt able 3*) fairway had some issue a few holes and some tee boxes are need attention. Other than that I like the course very much. The fairway are narrow at some holes you need to hit straight not left /right.. Monday to Thursday are wide open . Weekend sometime very crowded.

Last time we played this course about 2 years ago and the course condition was 2 &1/2 stars. But now this course is 3 &1/2 or 4 stars. From tee to green everything are very playable condition. It was very hot the day we played so not many people. Definitely will be back again before the Summer over.

We booked around from GN hot deal and we arrived about 25 mins early and the Tee box was wide open and the Pro SHop did not let us go out early because we paid discount rate. They rather let the Tee box empty and had us waited until our exact tee time to gave us the cart key.. Here is the deal we try to understand the management thinking.
1. Keeping us from tee off early while the tee box is empty will not make there business any better. It only make the golfer unhappy and we definitely will not come back for a while.
2. If management do not happy with the rate then do not allow people to book them.
3. Allow golfers to tee off early will not hurt anything but it make the golfer happy and they will come back again.
Today we play at Royal St. Cloud we arrived also around 30 mins early and when we check with the Starter She asked if we want to out early and we tee off right away. They really try to earn your business make the golfers happy not like Baytree National.
Baytree and Majors are the same onwer and both course are try to make sure the golfers are not happy.
I talked to many starters /proshop they try to have golfers at the tee box teeing off rather than have golfers waiting, but Baytree and Majors are makeopposite.
Also Royal St. Cloud condition much better than Baytree any time.

The tee boxes are ok for most and the fairway is fair also. except a few holes with some bare spots due to drought in the area. The green are very small and crown for most of them but putting are very fast and true. I think over all it can be a 3 and 1/2 stars. Definitely It needs some maintenance and upgrade to bring it back to live as a country club environment.

The tee box are some spots, fairway are average some are spotty here and there. The green are good but a little slow rolling. I call it playable golf course.

I just do not understand why some golfers so slow and the ranger did not do anything about them?
Let's said Tee time separation is 8 mins apart. When you wait for your tee time up. That mean it is clear to tee off and the group in front of you have the same 8 minutes buffer. SO if the golfers considerate other players in the course and pickup the pace to make everyone enjoyable. But this is not the case on Dec 14, 2016 around 12:07 PM tee time. There are 2some in front of us play the back tee we play the forward tee. During the 18 holes play we had to wait twice for every hole. wait for teeing off then wait for second shot. The ranger came to tell us that it is slow everywhere? She should solve the problem rather than telling us there is a slow. We know that. Just like in a traffic jam trooper telling you traffic jam. hello McFly, then solve the traffic jam make thing moving again. Overall I like Viera East. But I may stay away VE for awhile.

Last time we play here over year ago the condition was terrible. But this time around the course is much better. Fairway to green is very good condition. green put very good in the fast side a little bit. Some tee box are need a little improvement. Other than that, this course are very playable. We may be back to play here again.

I read all the reviews was positive about this course within last 2 weeks. But when we played on 6/19/2016. The green condition was not good at all. It should charge $15 only not $25 plus tax & fees as we paid. I played some other courses only $20, but much better green condition.

The course (green) is very good condition as always. But it is going to punching holes on May 31, 2016. Summer time is the best deal at Habitat.

The course has been improved a lot from the pass. It has drinking water every 3 holes through out the course and the green is must better compare to the past. It's green condition is average slow but put able. The fairway is ok and wide open so you can use driver or irons without worry OB.
