Greens had not been mowed and were the slowest I've seen in my life. Given the time of year I'll cut them a little slack for the conditions of the faurways.

Course was in really rough shape, apparently to drainage issues. 5 or 6 holes were cart path only and most of the rest had ground under repair in the fairways. No starter, no tee time announcements, and very slow and apathetic pro shop service.

I guess this is what Jim Engh likes to do in his course design, but there are several holes with blind tee shots and hidden greens even for your second shot. Played with someone who had played once before, but even then it was difficult to visualize many of the holes. Great conditions though, and very friendly service, and nice practice facility. The smallest "Pro Shop" I've ever seen, but it is a private facility with a small membership. We were fortunate to have a pass for a foursome from a prior charity tournament.
