Course overall In terrible shape. Fairways were OK, but needed to be cut. Not much rough – mostly sand and weeds. Greens slow and in many cases in need of repair. Pace awful - waited on every hole. Starter Mark very friendly - the high point of our round.

Played East course. Good layout. Greens true. Course conditions good, not great. No trouble off the fairways, per se.
