Conditions were very good, friendly staff, great value for your $$$.
From the gold boxes a couple tee shots were blocked in by foliage - literally no shot shape could get through. Get the chain saw out - Other then that no complaints. Recommended.

Very Poor Greens

The greens at Phaesant Run were a total disaster. Most courses have fairways in better condition. Burned out, browning, damaged, everything bad characteristic you can think of in a green and it was evident. Very disappointed.
