Greens and fairways were in excellent condition. The rough is a little tall. Should probably lower the rough height by half an inch. Some tee boxes need to be aerated to promote turf growth. Also, the landscaping needs a little more attention (tree trimming, shrub/bush removal)

The greens were in horrible condition. This was not disclosed to us we paid $42 a person to play on greens that were missing a lot of grass. The bunkers also need more sand and some better maintenance. I will not be back until the greens are in much better shape

All the bunkers should be considered as ground under repair.
Tees, fairways and greens are in decent shape. Also, the driving range needs some attention. Need updated mats and balls.
I paid $50 local rate. It would be tough to get me out there again until the bunkers are fixed.

For the most part the greens were in decent shape. The greens had a lot of ball marks. Fairways were wet and soft. Bunkers had a lot of rocks and need more sand.

I played the Desert course on September 28. I was told that the course was coming out of overseeding. While the course was in reasonably good condition I expected it to be in superb condition. Some of the greens had some dead spots and one green had a plug/cup pulled out and an irrigation flag next to it. On multiple greens the pin flags were torn. Some were severely torn. I know from experience that these flags are replaced during overseeding at most courses.

We received a good deal to play Primm Valley Golf/$100 for a foursome. It is such a long drive to play this course it would need to be in a lot better condition for me to get out there again. CoyoteSprGC is a course that's a similar distance from my house and is usually in better condition.

One more thing I bought a drink in the clubhouse. I asked if there was a drink cart on the course the girl said yes. The drink cart came out on the first hole. I did not need a drink then. We never saw her again. Very disappointed! No last call!

Greens were recently aerified. They were bumpy and slow.

Also, tight course. Must be a straight hitter.

Greens on the Lakes course need some work. Bare patches, mostly around the edges. We did get a good rate at $35/player. Canyon 9 looked like the fairways were not overseeded. I would like to try it again.

Greens need to be topdressed to fill in all the holes/missing grass.

Course was too wet and large portions of the course were absent of grass. Greens had bare spots. bunkers needed to be edged and had weeds in them.

Some greens were aerified and topdressed (these were in decent shape), others looked like they have not been aerified, these were bumpy and slow. The grass was tall and the green felt spongy.

We had a greens mower mow a green as we were ready to tee off. This was on the 3rd hole of the Desert course at 11:30. Also several tee boxes are very dry. Irrigation not working properly??

The greens were not in the best of conditions. You can see were they have done some patch/plugging to repair some damaged areas. What really bothered me was the bunkers were not raked. You could tell on one greenside bunker where an animal had dug earlier that morning. Also on one hole I drove just past the 150 stake so I had a shot that was about 145 to center of the green, but at the start of the round I asked the marshall if there was marked yardage on the course. He said irrigation heads had 3 yardage marks on them. The head that was close to my ball had over 200 yrds to the green. So that head had been moved and therefore yardage was wrong.
