I have played this course at least 40 times in the last 8 years and the condition was just simply not up the normal level. Needless to say I like the course, I like the layout, the staff is always pleasant, and the pace of play is usually pretty good. However, the condition is slipping. A few of the tee boxes probably are due to be rebuilt and 4 of the greens were in poor shape, (looks like they had a fungus issue). I did enjoy my round but for the $75 I payed to play, honestly due to the conditions it should not be more than $50 - $40. I will play here again but if the condition slips any further I likely wont return.

I have played this course many times over the years and I must say the condition was probably the poorest that I have seen it in. Several of the tee boxes were nearly bare and some of the greens had issues as well. The number 1 green was in the poorest shape of all. I will say that overall the greens were a bit slow but rolled true. That said the fairways were in pretty good shape as were the roughs. Not sure if it is a matter of needing to re-work the Tees and Greens or if there is a fungus issue etc, but as someone that has played here at least 40 times over the last 15 years this was disappointing. Hopefully, they will get it resolved soon.

The course has a nice layout, there are a few challenging holes and a few that you can take advantage of to help out the scorecard. It's the summertime so if you can deal with the heat the pace of play is excellent. The conditions were overall good a few of the tee boxes probably need to be reworked as they are starting to crown. The greens were is decent shape a little slow but the rolled true. I would definitely return especially if I am just looking for a quick late afternoon 18.

I have driven by this course a number of times and always thought I should give it a try and I finally decided to do so. Overall, it is a nice little municipal course. The staff was friendly, the layout was fair and some of the views of the intercostal are great. The afternoons in the summer usually bring some winds to add a bit of a challenge. The condition was pretty decent the greens are slow, I suspect its the type of grass and leaving them a bit long to keep the sun from burning them. If you want a place to go get in a pretty quick 18, that isn't overly challenging but makes you have to think about club selection this is a nice place. I have certainly played nicer places but for the $30 buck I paid it was a really solid little course.

This course is always a fun challenging track for the average golfer. Some if the holes are pretty tough however, there are enough easy one sprinkled in to make up some strokes on. The course was in good shape the greens were in excellent shape, just a little slow. The pace of play was slow today, but overall a fun round and the conditions here have remained consistent for years and that's why I keep returning.

I play here often and the conditions today were far from normal the fairways were brown. I suspect they are getting ready for the winter rye grass overseed. Secondly some of the greens had issues so patches of missing grass, I am guessing maybe a fungus or something caused some issues. Regardless, I love the course and I am hoping that is gets back to where it usually is in short order

This a a beautiful course with challenging layout, unfortunately the greens were just punched and over-sanded as such the putting surface was not great. That said I have played here when the greens are 100% and its truly a great course. I will come back in late Sept when the greens have filled in and it should be perfect.

This is always a fun course to play, I have played it several times and always look forward to the round. The layout is good and the course is kept in good shape. The greens are really good the only issue is that some players are not good about fixing their ball marks on the greens. That is not the greens keepers fault rather the fault of lazy players. All said its a very solid course and and good value for the money.

I play this course 6-8 times per year the course was dry, unfortunately the area has not had much rain lately. The greens were in great shape they rolled true and at a nice pace for the average golfer. The pace of play was good the only complaint I have is some of the tee boxes were in not so good shape, other than that the course was great.

This is a beautiful course that offers, a challenging layout, but not unfair to a mid handicap player. The greens are very fast but true, so if you are heavy handed with the putter you may roll a few by the cup. The staff is super friendly and the views of the ocean and the surrounding area are great! The only down side to the course is the practice area, you only hit into a net not a driving range so if you want to see how your ball is flying do it before you get there. Otherwise its a fantastic course!

To start the course is in very nice shape, the greens were excellent, a bit fast and rolled perfect. The staff was friendly and were there to support you and made you feel welcomed. I really had a blast playing this course I would give it a total recommendation for anyone in the area especially if staying at the Ritz and looking to get in a round on a great course.

The course was in relatively good shape, only a couple of the greens needed work all of the others were in very nice shape. The greens were a little slow but rolled true no real surprises once you figured out the pace you could score well. The tee boxes were in need of help, they probably need to be re done soon. The pace of play was way too slow! It took nearly 5 hours to play a course that should take no more than 4 on the slowest day. They definitely need a ranger to push the pace of play. That said the fairways and greens were nice and for the money it is a solid value. If the pace of play quickens and they fix some of the tee boxes it would be a real solid track.

This was my first time playing here, I visit from Orlando often and usually play at the Biltmore. I decided to give this course a try after reading reviews on Golf Now, and I was not disappointed. As municipal tracks go this place is in Excellent shape! I have played a couple of dozen municipal courses over the years in my travels and this one is top shelf. The greens were excellent, the fairways cut just right, honestly I have played a few semi private clubs that were not in nearly as good as shape as this place. It seems there is a push to make this place a soccer stadium and end this great courses 50 year run. In my opinion that would be a real crime, I love soccer but this is a great place for a round of golf and it should not be bulldozed. At the end of the day go play this course you will not be disappointed hopefully it will be around for years to come.

I have played this course several times, the staff is always friendly the club Pro is an awesome guy. I like that the front and back seem like two different tracks almost as if designed by different architects. The greens were a little slow but they rolled true and were in overall nice shape. For the money this really is a solid track it has, and will continue to be one of my regular places to play.

North shore was in really great shape today, the course played well and the greens rolled true. The pace of play was good we had a 8am tee time and we finished the round in 3:40.

Great course with a friendly staff. The course was in great condition the greens were a little firm, but the putting was true and smooth.
