The course was in excellent shape and the greens were a good speed, very consistent. I hit the ball pretty straight so I don't usually have too many problems here. The people I played with got into some trouble because the fairways are a little narrow in places and the mounding around the fairways can wreak havoc with your shots, especially if you're not familiar with the course. It was a great value for the price I paid.

Course was in great shape. They are still working out of a trailer until the pro shop is built, but have an ice/water machine available. Staff was very friendly.

My husband and I live three hours away from this course and we have been making special trips to play it for the past 10 years. There are five holes with man-made waterfalls that are truly beautiful. The course has gently rolling hills and is always in excellent condition. It's one of the best courses in Florida that you can play. We always enjoy it and the food they serve there is also top-notch. It's literally in the middle of nowhere (near Ocala), but is well worth a drive; you won't be disappointed.

My husband and I have played here several times and we always enjoy the course. It requires accurate shot-making but with options so it's up to you to decide how much risk you want to take. Generous fairways. The greens are good-sized with enough room for six very different pin placements. The houses are not on top of the fairway and we often see a wide variety of birds and other wildlife. The course is nicely maintained. Also, each tee marker has an attractive planting of flowers and shrubs. In other words, they seem to take care of even the little details. The cart girl was very pleasant. We played later in the day and no one was at the bag drop when we arrived, but carts were lined up, ready to go. Friendly staff in the pro shop.

This course was a lot of fun to play, Each hole was different, none of the fairways were next to each other and the elevation changes were dramatic. Felt like we were in the mountains.
The conditions were not pristine, but with the great views, unique layout and friendly staff the whole experience was well worth the 2.5 hour drive for us. We have taken friends to play there and it has become one of our favorite places to play golf.
