I've played this course many times, dating back to its heyday as IBM CC. I only play it once or twice a year now as It's really not worth more than $35 these days. On this particular day the greens were decent but tees and fairway grass was unacceptably high. I rated conditions as "average" but they don't measure up to other courses such as enjoie or links at Hiawatha.

One of the best courses in the area, but pace of play was excellent only because we played in the evening. The difficulty of the course can slow play down severely when the course is busy.

This is the only Ross course in the area, and it is a challenge. Not so much for its length or layout but for the greens. Unless you've played there enough you will be shaking your head. That said, the challenge is a lot of fun and they rolled nicely. We will return.

Was probably impressive in its day. A little landscaping would go a long way. Virtually no difference between blue and black tees. Back nine is more fun than front. Greens were in nice condition. Bunkers decent but sand is very course. I'd wait for a hot deal to play here.
