Saint Johns Golf and CC has the best conditions of the courses available off 210. Good greens, practice tee, and well maintained.

Great course, challenging back nine, especially 10 and 18. Tough landing spots on the green require high, precise shots.

Great day to play, nobody out there on a hot August day.

Crowned fairways, some large bunkers, woods, water, The Royal has it all. Greens are in good shape, new sand in most of the traps,. Sometimes the first tee gets a little stacked up, and the staff could use a few rangers to keep pace of play to 4 hours or less. Good value on Golf Now.

Folks, I want my money back! Greens were in terrible condition and the course, in general, needs a lot of attention. There are better values out there, so do not waste your time on this golf course in its present dismal condition. If you play, you will not have to worry about the speed of play, because we were practically alone on the golf course, and we finished in 3 1/2 hours.

St. John's GC is a county course worthy of better effort from the county. It is one of two really affordable courses near St. Augustine, and the natural setting is excellent. When we played we saw deer, heron, egrets, and other birds in the many water areas. The county should spend the money to restore it to 27 holes, and promote it as affordable and beautiful. Bring in some events like demo days and give the World Golf Village some real competition, and build stronger youth, women, and senior programs.

Great course, yawning bunkers, small greens, woods, water, many shot-shape challenges. Needs only a little to bring it to star quality. Great value on Golf Now.
