I've been playing Midlane for few years now. Thr course was in immaculate condition and the best greens around. The greens were smooth as glass and running 11 to 12 every time I've played it. Unfortunately midlane had terrible luck and the rain storm few weeks ago damaged 6 & 7th hole. Even with these damage, they worked hard to get the course to playing condition! I don't understand the bad reviews from some of the reviews! They fore warn everyone about the condition, and for them to leave a bad review is pretty unfair! Mike the head pro is working deligently to get the damaged holes repaired for play. Let's come out and support Midlane, it will be spectacular again!

I play this course handful of times a season and I enjoy it for the most part. My problem is with this grumpy old man in the proshop. 2nd time playing this course through GN, and when I was checking in 30 minutes before tee time he ridley states he can't check me in till 10 minutes before tee time. When I asked why, he states that it's their policy for GN. 1st time I was able to check in an hour before tee time.
The grumpy old man should not be working customer service!

From pulling up to the bagdrop thru driving away after was superb golf experience. I was running late for my tee time, and I was anxious that I would be scolded and afraid they would say I would not be able to play since I was only 2 minutes from my tee time, however, I was calmly greeted and told to relax I was fine even thought the group I was supposed to tee off with had already gone. I was told they would find so.e9ne to pair me with (I hate playing alone ) and I should go see June who would take care of everything. Jude asked that I should go hit some balls to to lose up and he would find D so.eone I can join. What a 5 star service at a 5 star resort! Love the layout and condition of this course and I can't wait to go back! Thank you to every staff of Waldorf Astoria golf club! Truely!

Great staff, and a beautiful course! Greens were slightly slow, and bumpy, but understandable due to few days of rain. Typical Trent Jones JR with many picturesque holes.

I have always enjoyed playing this golf course! Super friendly staff, along with a pretty golf course! This member for a day concept should be adopted by many golf courses. I wish I lived near this course so I can join!

If you can afford to play here regularly, you are definitely a lucky golfer! There is nothing negative to say about this course. I wish hot times would have this course all the time at the &50. Woodside is definitely a PGA caliber course with the difficulties, but the Hilldside is definitely playable as an amateur.
