I have been playing here since the 1990's .It is a good value and usually in good shape. This time I was excited to see new carts( which were needed). However with the new GPS on the carts, and the control over where you can go, It eliminated me being able to play , and I had to quit. I am severely disabled and unable to climb hills. I previously have parked at the back of the green somewhat level with the green. When I discussed this with management later, I was advised that that was the way it is. Even though other courses with similar setup make provisions for me. So be warned if you are handicapped.

Have played several times since 1997 when it was called Imperial Lakewoods. Played last in 2018. I have never seen this course in such good shape. Even though I struggled with my game , the course itself was a delight. Unfortunately , we got rained out after 10 holes. We will be back.

Always one of the best in Tampa Bay. A few wet spots , but did not affect play.

Course in good condition, even though greens were recently punched. Very hot day, however finished in good time.

One of the best course in Florida. I have played many of them. 1st class . Long drive from south Hillsborough county, but worth it.

This a very nice golf course. Just before we teed off, the course got a couple of inches of rain. However, we were able to play cart path only. The biggest challenge was the wet fairways , making the course play longer. I will say the course is excellent,greens very good.restaurant food and menu excellent, and everyone at the course very accommodating. We played the Lakes. Played the Forrest 2 weeks ago, and it was in great condition. Both very nice.

First let me say , the golf course is fine,greens good , restaurant excellent, and most of the personal very nice. However as I checked in with a Golfnow hot deal, I was greeted with , why are you here so early, I replied we were going to have lunch (fouresome). He proceeded to tell me ,since I had a discounted tee time, not to plan on teeing off early. At that point I felt very insulted. Later as we were warming up he yelled out to go ahead this time , but never again. By the way we were the only golfers there at 1 pm. I hope this was only one employees attitude, and not the ownership. It made me feel there a lot of places that appreciate our business, spent over $50 in the restaurant. ps: some of us drove over 50 miles to play

Nice Course. New, a lot of homesites being prepared, plantings still new, green good but slow. In a year should be fantastic.

Nice well maintained course, fairways, greens and clubhouse all very nice. Water stations all over the course. Out of the way, but worth the trip.

Stoneybrook is a challenging , but well set up course. You will use every club in your bag. All employees very nice to deal with. Food and drink excellent.
Only real downside, handicap or physically challenged will have great difficulty, because they don't provide handicap flags, and they have a system on their carts, that if you get past their cart markers your golf cart will shut down. Because of the design of the course, links with a lot of mounding, very difficult to climb up and down.

Very friendly staff, golf course in perfect condition . Pleasant day all around. Even happy hour was great.

Have played here a few times in the past. Always been very good.
This day was a little different. Cart guy was very indifferent to us, seemed to not want be there. Pro shop person was argumentative with us when we came to him with a problem after the round. Lady in snack bar very nice, and great sanwiches and prices. Golf course in good shape for this time of year.

Nice course, greens and fairways excellent, although greens are a little slow for me, maybe 7-8. Always a great value.
