Overall the course was great and no wait for a morning tee time. Throughout the course we kept getting but by mosquitos. No course is worth waking up at 2,3,4am itch my legs as there is a fiery burn coursing across my body. So many mosquito bites! Literally over 4 dozen covering anything that was exposed including my face. They need to spray the course and surrounding Forrest for control!

Little bit of a Mickey Mouse course, good price thats about it. Good for beginners, very short course.

Overall it was a good course, but slow play. When we were waiting to tee off on the 17th hole we could see 5 four-some tee times. The ranger apologized to us. Weekend play is usually busy, but this was slower than expected. Overall a good day on the course.

Overall fairly slow pace of play. Overall the course had an interesting layout that my style of play was not used to, so the challenge was great. I know we are getting to the end of the season but the greens needed a lot of help. Fungus on a huge portion of green near one of the holes. Overall I was happy with the course and will be back in the future.

Overall this was a good course. The pace of play was exceptionally slow, but had a good time regardless. Definitely have to be careful of cross play from other tee boxes into your fairway and vice versa. On at least five of the holes I had a ball land within 15 yards of my game.

Overall a decent course layout. Several of the holes had fairways that were parallel and oftentimes individuals for other holes were on our fairway. Despite this, the course had a good layout with few hazards. Pace was above average as we played 9 holes in one hour and 50 minutes with groups on either side of us. Will be back to this course.

First time at this course and overall it was an enjoyable experience. Course play was slow on the front 9 but picked up on the back 9. Only negative was that there was no driving range, but I have come to find out that many courses in the NYC/NJ area do not have one or currently have them closed due to COVID concerns.

For a reasonably priced public course, my first time playing this course went much better than expected. Course was slow play with a lot of beginners, but overall thoroughly enjoyed the 9 hole round. I will probably return to this course due to its close proximity to the city.

For my first time at scotch hills I had a lovely day. The first 9 I played was slow at around 2.5 hours due to ladies league playing Tuesday morning. The second 9 I finished in 65 minutes. The course layout was good, with only a few fairways that were too close and had cross over play. Greens were inconsistent with some well maintained running fast and others needing a lot of divots fixed. Overall had a good time.

First time playing this course and I joined a group of three playing ahead of me. Pretty good course with a good layout. Greens could use more watering and the fairway a little fertilizer but overall I would rank the course a 4.2.
