My son and I were scheduled to play the Oasis golf course and had booked a 9 hole round through Golf Now. We booked and early tee time due to the heat and arrived early - we assumed before normal course hours. Upon approaching the Club House we were greeted with a sign that the course is closed Mondays and Tuesdays for the summer season. We were not charged for the round however paid our booking fee through Golf Now. It amazed me that the course would not have communicated their hours to Golf Now to indicate that bookings were not available for Monday/Tuesdays during the summer. I received a confirmation of our booking from the Course Manager and in the e-mail nothing was said about the course being closed! I sent a response to the course Manager indicating our disappointment however never received a response. As a result we were out our small booking fee and were not able to book another round that day. Disappointing!
